Chairman – Leadership Team

I founded an agency called 3Sixty back in the days when digital was called New Media.

After 17 years at the helm, I left 3Sixty to set up a coaching and consulting practice helping creative, digital and media agencies with their strategy.

In January 2018, I returned to full-time agency leadership, joining James Ray and Andy Brown in an MBO of Armadillo, taking the role of Chairman.

I became Chair of Bristol Creative Industries (formerly Bristol Media) in 2017.

I am a Chartered Director (Institute of Directors) and a qualified coach (Institute of Leadership & Management Level 7).
